Azithromycin

I finally received copy of my consultant report to my GP re face to face consultation on 3 March. Pleased that Azithromycin I’ve been taking 1 daily since 1 December is doing good job. Sputum sample negative. I’m to carry on taking it, and twice daily Nebulising, using Aerobika as necessary and doing lot of exercises! Will have phone consultation in June, and face to face again in September at chest clinic where 70 years ago had the chest X-ray that showed my heart on wrong side. What I need now is some better weather so can go outside more. Regards to all, Jean

Really good news Jean and sounds like you are feeling good and ready for the nice weather. It was a lovely day here in Manchester yesterday, sadly i could only potter as my hip and now my blinking knee is giving me trouble buy I am happy just to sit in the sun for a change, it seems to be have been a long winter x

Thanks. I’m at Sutton Coldfield, north of Birmingham. Rain here yesterday morning then someone turned off tap and bright sun most afternoon. Sorry about your hip and knee, I take an Ibuprofen at night, helps sleep. Don’t have lot time to garden etc because of twice daily Nebulising , postural drainage and exercises, but like to get outside and do some when weather ok.

I'm glad that AB is working for you. It didn't suit me as they gave me a terribly sore ulcerated mouth.
