So sorry that your dear partner has died. Everyone here will support you. Keeping a journal of your feelings & memories can help. There are bereavement groups out there; Google …”near me”, &/or ask local council & churches. Keep up your friendships, help them to support you by letting them know you want to talk about him, if that is the case, or otherwise.

That is so hard. I hope that you have other people around you who can listen and support you. I have found the organisation CRUSE helpful when I needed to talk after the death of my older brother, following on from my mum the year before.
