Any breathing pattern disorder sufferers and how do you feel with it???

I spoke to a expert she ( the breathing pt)was blody briliant and taught me how to breath. When im porly i still breath wrong but i know how to correct it to help me its an ongoing battle but copd/ Asthma isent going to win

I've had COPD for 10 years+. In June22 when in hospital I was diagnosed with a serious episode of Asthma. This is nothing I know about.

Thear are breathing exercises on the AUKL website or ask your resp nurse/Consultant. But you must be breathing from your diaphram and have sholders down and relaxed.
