Good morning everyone.

As many of you will already know, today is World COPD Day.

For our newer members I have added the Patient Passport link to our website which helps you get a personalised plan of the care you are receiving or not receiving, this can then be discussed with your health care provider.

As ever call us for advice if you need us.
