Back in hospital! I came in after slipping on my friend's stairs (I live in a bungalow and I am not used to them). Ive hurt my hip but also have a chest infection. I get really cheesed off with the numerous injections and being given the "sharp scratch " routine.its not a sharp scratch, its a blooming big needle being stuck into my arm and it hurts like hell! Say it like it is! 😞

Sharp scratch!
Oh Aingeful! Those pesky stairs. Ouch to that sharp scratch too, not nice. Thinking of you and hoping you feel better soon.
Love and gentle hugs xxx🤗❤️😘
whoever came up with the bright idea of training them to use such a stupid and condescending expression never had a needle jabbed into them!
I'm with you and have always thought that the phrase ''sharp scratch'' was a silly description of any injection. I wish you a speedy recovery and return to your own home xx
totally agree Sheila. I usually say sharp scratch before them as I know whats coming. They must be taught to say this in their training as they all say same thing. Another one is "your doing well"
Hope you get better soon and are, able to go home. Good luck
Sheila xx 🙏💕
oh dear how distressing for you. Get well soon and I hope you aren't too damaged. P ××
oh... I feel so bad for you. Please get well fast! Sending healing vibes your way!! xx
Sorry to hear about your slip on the stairs. I hope your hip improves, and you have antibiotics for your chest infection.
I totally agree with the sharp scratch thing. I have loads of blood tests, and they are never a scratch!
bless you. Hope you’re feeling better soon xx
