Carrot is a really natural sugars so goes well in cake plus you can see the cake in the dark but tend to start singing bright eyes from watership down 😂😂😂😂😂🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇

Mmmmm must admit it looks good , I used to love chicken kebabs in flat bread with loads of oil and lemon juice 😊actually I might try a veggie version tomorrow 🤔 I just had an amazing creamy curry made (last night) with fried left over quorn roast served with Nan bread and homemade chunky chips 😋

I know people are concerned about animal welfare etc I am myself but I still cannot understand veggies 😂 I'm a carnivor at heart ok I don't eat as much as I used to because I eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and fish . I can cook vegetarian moussaka and pasticheo along with vegetable shish kebab. Tried Quorn didn't appeal to my taste buds.

I started off the same, I was eating healthily so eating less meat and then I gave up red meat ( I hadn’t eaten lamb for years anyway - they’re just too cute 😂) eventually ,and it was only five years ago , I decided to give up chicken and that was it meat free 🤷🏻♀️I do eat fish , cheese , butter etc and I agree plain quorn ,tofu and tempeh are all disgusting but when they're marinated and cooked properly they can be absolutely delicious 😋 Ps I’m definitely not an animal rights activist but yep I would definitely slash your tutu 🤣

I've not got a problem with those who choose to be veggies each to their own I have had people try to cram it down my throat those are the problem cases . Meat does have a lot of health properties where all the vitamin supplements in honesty no one knows what is in them only what the manufacturer says is in it. Plus taking tablets all you do is rattle 😂😂😂 and with all our extra meds we rattle enough 😂😂😂

I buy shop pastry for the cheese pies if I'm making meat pies I always make suet pastry fruit pies standard short crust . But the cheese pies it's a butter pastry and really nice with feta

but wouldnt you rather have spanocopittas. i had some spinach ravioli last night and added some cheese sauce . yummy most english pasta is too thick , these were almost transparent pasta with lots of filling. made by waitrose ,
was given a jar of ginger preserve free in waitrose yesterday when I asked about it . it cost twice as much as that from sainsburys and I suppose it was because I mentioned a competitor.
any way their fruit and veg last longer than sainsburys do . So good when you cater just for one person. -- no more yellowing broccoli ! have just discovered "my Waitrose" where you get a choice of personalised vouchers saving money.
