Isn't that what dogs are supposed to do, to dig and practice how to bury a bone or to hide food for later? I'm glad Stan had a lovely time and getting some exercise. But you just couldn't resist taking that photo could you BB? You know, lke us that He has "The face that sank a thousand ships" and would melt a heart made of ice. I hope you didn't scold him too much!!!

Me scold him .. Never !!! He was only an hour home from the groomers and this was his payback 😂..
He does it all the time just so he smells his way again

He's the best but being an hour home from the groomers and he comes in from the garden caked in dry mud and dust cause he's been rolling and digging .. I love the bones of him but some days he's like a little kid ...which makes him more adorable 💙💜

He's a beautyMy sister has a year old black cocker spaniel.he digs,and digs! He's so fast!I say her gardens like a golf course lol.he always has a ball to hand and acts innocent,as though to say " im just getting my ball"😁.

🤣🤣. Perhaps it’s a spaniel thing. Molly buries her bones chews and food in the garden. You can always tell when she has by the dirty nose. I don’t think they like smelling clean 🤣.

It's a dog thing but more so with spanners labradors and terriers...I have a jack Russell I walk he skirts round puddles but throws himself in a river ...
He rolls in all kinds of stuff and Stan is very much the same...I carry tomatoe sauce in the van for them that like fox poo 💩
