Black seed oil capsules

I think people here need a bit more information.
For ie what are the black seeds from? It might be poppies !
@peege , not from poppies 😀 Black seed oil is pressed from the seeds of a flowering shrub called Nigella sativa.
Jansy16, I had a friend who used to take it for her asthma and she said it helped. For copd I don’t know but like you would be interested to hear from anyone that has taken it
Hi Jansy16. I tried nigella seed oil about 12 years ago. One of the old doctors that I worked with took it on a regular basis for something else and recommended it to me. Alas, it didnt have any required results for my bronchiectasis or my uncontrollable asthma. I tried it for a few months just to be sure, and I was absolutely sure as I was going into my regular cycle of chest infections without any kind of break. However, we are all different and different things affect us differently. It certainly didn't harm me trying alongside my normal medication.
I used Biopurus black seed oil from Amazon for over 12 months and am sure it helped but like anything it takes quite a while to get into your system and isnt a magic wand, but anything that can help you feel better is a help x
I find it helps with breathing issues- best taken in my experience first thing in the morning followed by a cup of warm water. this is the actual black seed oil, not the capsules though. The taste isn't so nice, but you get used to it! I find also taking sea moss or bladderwrack helps. best of luck!
