O2 or not O2 update

For the kind people who responded to my post about oxygen being offered then whisked away.

I have had 2 blood test re my liver and am on a low fat diet.

I have an injection today for my bones

I have a dexa scan at the end of the month

gp agrees my swollen legs are due to inactivity not my heart, has given 2 weeks water tablets to help shift it all.

Oxygen nurse will be back at the end of the month and will leave O2 for me to get used to it.

So things are looking up and I can feel my depression beginning to lift. However I'm still a bit weepy and waking in the night feeling overwhelmed, crushed. That will pass. I just need to look forward and count my blessings.

Thank you all for your support

It's good that things are moving forward for you. I think most of us understand that feeling of being overwhelmed, especially in the dark night-time. I just want to say hang on in there. It will become lighter.

Night will lead to day. Dark will lead us to light. Trust in the process as the days lengthen and new energy returns may you be the first to receive springs new blessings.

No wonder you have felt overwhelmed. I think we all do at times. I try to do leg exercises while sitting watching tv in the evening. If you Google chair exercises there are lots of ideas. Good luck.
