The new ALUK logo and strap line - missing a trick.

I have been reading the comments on the new logo and strap line with interest, but I have yet to see any alternatives.

I have decided to think about it and post my own. It might take a few days. Perhaps ALUK missed a trick in not having a open competition for a new logo and strap line. It isn’t too late.

I admit to not being impressed by what looks like sticking plasters for a logo and what I read as a negative strap line. It would be interesting to see posted on here the PowerPoint type presentation that sold the new logo and strap line to the decision makers at ALUK and what the alternative logos and strap lines were, if any?

So let’s have some positive fun - it can only be good for ALUK.
