Hi everyone I hope everyone is as well as can be, I'm still mindfull of my breathing and still full of questions seeing my doctor tomorrow because I keep getting told your lungs are good you do all that walking, I'm still not on any inhaler as of yet although a nurse has recently said why don't you try one then that way you will no if its copd or dysfunctional breathing ok I still constantly think about it its when I wake up in the morning it feels like getting a breath out its slow and I'm very aware of it does this make sence, also all I keep hearing is nurses say it maybe a quick progression or it may be a slow one I'm still none the wiser I guess I havant come to terms with it still my doctors say don't worry I don't want you worrying into your 60s that's easier said than done

Hi Bryan, good to hear from you again but sorry to hear you’re still focusing on your breathing. I do hope your doctor can reassure you tomorrow and I do wish you better days ahead. Xxxx💜
Hi Bryan, maybe trying an inhaler might help, you don't know until you try. Please let us know how you get on and I hope you get the answers you want. Have a good night and take care 😊 Bernadette and Jack 🐕 xxxxxx
Good luck at the doc's tomorrow Bryan, I really hope s/he can put your mind to rest 🙏
Hoppe yr appointment goes well
Gosh - I understand your anxiety! I swim most days but that doesn’t help my overall concerns about my breathing . I do use my inhaler but my nights are not good. I’m not sure I understand the term dysfunctional breathing and the impact it would have. Make sure you have all your questions ready for the doc Good luck
Hello Bryan 45733. Perhaps ask your doctor about a respiratory test for your lung function. Might just put your mind at ease. It's only a series of blow tests into a tube to measure your lung capacity. If you have lung problems you should be getting short of breath under exercition or going up hills. Have you checked for allergies if its only when you wake up. Perhaps your bedding or pillows. Hope you get some help and answers. Brian
Good luck Bryan in getting some helpful answers. It's easy to say 'Don't worry'. not so easy to do it.
I hope yr appointment answered yr concerns and hope anxiety is bit better.sounds like yr doing great with mindfulness its a great coping strategy.xxxx
