A very Happy Christmas to all of you. Another tough year but we made it through.
I do have good news in spite of the status quo of the lungs, and that is the cystoscopy last week showed improvement from 3 months ago. I have also gone onto a keto diet because I’ve read some neoplastic cell types can’t use ketone bodies for energy and therefore die off. If anyone has experience/advice with the ketone diet, I welcome your input.

The best line ever from a pop song, we do well to remember it daily. Love the tune too!
Yep, we made it through our own annus horribilis and, in a covid sense anyway, are getting closer to those sunny uplands He Who Isn’t Blameless promised us 😆
So glad to read of your improvement, what wonderful Christmas news! I know nothing of the keto diet but anything’s worth a try, snake oil excepted of course x
Thats good to hear Sharp5Flat13 😃 It's possible my husband did keto or similar. He was given up to 18 months, he lived over 8 more years with prostate and bone cancer. He also stopped having any sugar as he was told that it feeds cancer. We too,k him to a specialist in Harley Street who also used alternative treatment including diet. He suggested all organic grass fed meat and plentiful organic veg, filtered water rather than bottled.
I'm sure there is a great deal of sense in cleaning up from the inside.
Wishing you the very best Sharp at Christmas and always 💐 🌹 🌸 🏵 🌼 💐
