I have noticed you have been making similar posts (which is fine) for the past week. As has been suggested you really should speak with your gp about this and possibly arrange for sputum to be tested. It could be that you have a chest infection that needs medication for.

I see you are very anxious about this, but unfortunately none of us here can look at a picture of what you are coughing up and analyze it. Even a doctor would need a sample of it to send for testing. As others have suggested please contact your doctor. We are simply not qualified.

I wish photos like this would not be posted as quite disgusting. That is for your GP or Respiratory team to send off for analysis. It has really made me feel quite unwell and not able to eat my breakfast. Dont like posting negative comments but feel the need to on photos like this. I hopefully will scroll past in future ,but accidentally clicked on this .🤑

Yes. Go to your GP with a fresh morning sample. Nobody can tell you what is going on from that photo. Even your GP would probably send away for testing. To keep posting on here will not give an answer. We are not doctors and your GP would be unlikely to say just by looking. You know it makes sense so make an appointment with GP.
