Hi my lovelies, not been on for a while as had a few problems.
Have to go to see nurse at surgery tomorrow, never worried about bloods so it doesn't bother me. What does bother me is going out - I get so breathless and feel like a complete pratt lol. Can't even get in the car or into the surgery without having complete melt-down, have tried breathing techniques, relaxation etc.
I go every 2 weeks due to the meds I am on and am exhausted already.
Sorry for the whinge - take care of yourselves.
Hugs

Penny you have done all this before without problems, tomoz will be the same again.just take your time, relax .go with the flow,if you have someone to take you great but if not you can do it and you don't even have to do battle with a nasty receptionist given you already have an appointment so it will be a breeze.believe me.😊Best wishes Ski's and Scruff's
I know the feeling , breathlessness ….anxiety ….breathlessness . Sometimes the panic comes on so fast , breathing techniques etc go out of the window .
Tell the nurse how you feel, hopefully they can help .
Found a good article in The Guardian on line too…in Lifestyle section , then under Health and Wellbeing ….’ The Chronic stress survival Guide ‘
Take your time today …..even driving will effect your breathing pattern. Relax your breathing before you get out of the car , gentle , gentle breaths …..slowly across to the surgery . Be gentle with yourself .
I’m wishing you well Penny and as skis says, all will be fine. I’m sending you lots of love, hugs and positivity for today and the future. Take care xxxx😍🤗💕
Hi Penny. I am sure that a lot of us can relate to this. Take courage, you are not alone. Like Ski said earlier you haven't even got to do battle with the over protective receptionist. Good luck and thinkking of you. John
Chat with your doctor or respiratory nurse about these symptom there may be something else you can take at such times that will be ok with your existing meds.
I have found the saffron supplement taken daily is very calming when coping with a difficult period, but you may have to check with your doctor to see if taking same would be ok on your current cocktail of meds.
Hi Bkin such good advice. I've only just been contacted by the local Respiratory team and have put my name down for the next course they are running. I'm so grateful for the people on this site, always there with kind words, means a lot xxx
