Not enough information.

If its your private email contact your provider.

If its email notifications from HU contact support HU or check your notifications click More top right.

If you are talking about replies to your posts here - click on Bell Alerts above (next to Chat)

People don't necessarily answer every post in the community for instance.

So in order to get any answer to your query you may want to provide more information that describes precisely what is happening when you say (you are having difficulty retrieving answers to your email from others)

What emails, from where?

A more descriptive query may result in more answers to your post.

l do click on the bell symbol but nothing comes up even though it says ther is a message it came from susieloe l think thats the name rodders 1941

Could have been a spam email contact that others have reported and action taken by HU to remove said spam mail and account of susielo or lucylu. We are lucky HU are on the ball with removing.

there are no members in BLF named susielou or lucylu.

Perhaps contact and explain this to BLF admin:

There do seem be technical problems every now and then. I had this problem a while ago. I kept clicking on the alerts bell 🔔 a few times during the day and eventually it let me see them.

It’s annoying isn’t it though! Because you can’t see your replies. Hope it gets sorted soon!

Aww no, I really hope nobody here is ever made to feel like that!

There are occasionally spammers who the administrators will sort and a post will disappear and sometimes spammers will try and send inappropriate personal messages etc. But if there are genuine replies from people here, who are a good group of people, then it might just be a technical problem.

Take care and stay safe!

Inspector skis has done some research and the person you are talking of is probably here within this recent post:healthunlocked.com/blf/post...

Perhaps that person has liked your reply or doesn't know how to communicate with you?

Good luck but i think i have solved your mystery for you?
