An estimated 521,300 people in England had COVID-19 from 22 to 28 November - a fall from 633,000 the week before.
The Office for National Statistics says this means approximately one in 105 people in England had coronavirus over the period - an improvement from the one in 85 seen seven days earlier.
The newest data also shows that the percentage of people testing positive for COVID-19 has decreased in all regions except the North East.

Thats good news, but makes you wonder where all the cases are coming from. It seems that lockdowns control spread but then as soon as they are lifted cases risk dramatically, as seen in Wales. So we still need to be very careful. Thanks for link.
