Sjogrens Lupus Overlap/Sticky Blood/Oxygen transfer problems, etc. - Sinusitis hearing loss

Hi Developed sinsitis/cotton wool head/throat, full spectrum in Feb. Usual treatments wouldn't shift it. Lost hearing in my left ear 3 months ago. Got to see specialist last week. Lost 85% hearing in my ear. Didnt get any treatment other than nasal wash (which I use anyway) and steroid spray. Im wirried it happens in my right ear and i go completely deaf. Used to my rainbow of lupus symptoms but this is new. Can anyone help. Thank you

Hi Gravel

I have vasculitis and suffer from sinus problems. I have an ENT doctor as part of my MDT. I only see him once a year now as my sinuses are much improved since my last sinus wash. Usually my vasculitis doc or ENT would send me for a CT scan if sinuses are bad. I use a sinus rinse and steroid spray and have also used steam to ease the congestion. If they are infected I will take my rescue antibiotics as it would always infect my lungs. I hope you get some relief/help soon.
