Anyone else feeling really down you can see work colleagues but not family just don't feel right, it's making my health worse feel like things are never going to be normal again.

I'm married but hubby doesn't understand 😒

Its a strange , uncomfortable feeling which, like you, I am still trying to come to terms with. I would think there are many people feeling the same way. Very unsettling.

What gets me also is people disregarding rules to protect people ie too many people in their house. People are reluctant to report neighbours because you do it on line & they want all your personal information.makes me soooo mad.

Hi Willanna.

Have you checked on your local authority website? In lots of areas you can still meet up outside, but not in your own gardens.

Yes I have & were not allowed to meet family or friends in or out of house & Gardens it's so hard wonder if life will ever be normal again

I’m so sorry Willanna. Where I live it is illegal to meet anyone in your home or garden. You can go for a walk with someone from outside your household - you are advised not to do it, but it is not illegal.

Such a shame you can’t do this. Hopefully people will comply and restrictions will be eased in the not too distant future.

I understand how you feel and it doesn’t seem right. It’s not always easy to report people. Xxxx

It's the worry that the people you report find out it's you 🤔

It's a tough one. I cant meet folk outside either. Cold air creates problems for me.

However, it is so true, laugh and the world laughs with you, cry and you cry alone.

Zoom , phone and whatsapp are your best hope. Join some groups . Dont know how old you are but if around retirement age there are online U3A groups.

Keep trucking.....I'm sure this isnt fir ever.

Good to hear such a positive attitude Bronchi1. Was feeling a bit fed up myself this morning as I live alone and daughter who is my main contact, is isolating owing to virus at college where she works. I am trying to keep busy but it is difficult as I have bronchiectasis and need to isolate.

Zoom gave me a cheap offer about 3 months into lockdown, so now I have Zoom meetings with friends and family quite often. Last night, I was helping a friend put together our next parish magazine on MS Publisher, using Zoom's share screen feature. She is not that confident with computers, so it sounded a bit like The Golden Shot - up a bit, left a bit, no left left left, not that cross; no, go to Undo... you get the picture!

this Covid stuff is affecting so many people mentally. I went through a very low period recently and suffer with Depression which was only exacerbated by Lockdown , but have bounced back & try really hard to find something to be grateful for each day. Never apologise for the way you feel though, you are allowed to have shit days.
