Came close this morning due to exacerbation and low oxygen levels of 75 managed to get them up to 88 on rest eventually. Phoned respiratory and left a message re the same, just concerned it happens again Started rescue pack yesterday hopefully i can improve without any further intervention.!

I found this website about your question, but you have to register your mobile number with that Service! Hope that helps 🙏🚦❤️

Depends if you have a mobile you could do this, but I have another look! ☺️

Could you not chat online with 111 on the NHS website? If you think you need an ambulance service urgently?

I cant remember how I found the service but if you Google your question you should find the website where you can log your details, phone /mobile number, postcode etc. Once you find it it's very easy. P

That is also when you in a abusive relationship and need urgent help isn't it! I forgot about that! Thanks for reminding me! But isn't police alerted at the same time?🤷

The police might be needed to gain entry, should it be required, a good thing, as it would save time in an emergency situation.

That's for when someone is in danger not medical. Police will be informed. 😱😱

Normally if you ring 999 and keep the line open they send an ambulance anyway. As others have suggested pressing 55 will let them know you cannot communicate.

I would suggest you getting a lifeline

lifeline24.co.uk/medi-alert/

You get a medic alarm device and a bracelet that you can activate anywhere within your home, if you cannot speak they will advise the ambulance service.

They can even secure a keysafe on the wall outside your home with a combination number that they will also hold and can give to any of the emergency services, so that your home isn't damaged forcing entry.

It costs me around £11 a month I think it is, and they will check with you monthly as well.

Update my partner called a ambulance when my breathing got worse the paramedics were great got me onto the ambulance and gave me a nebuliser. We got to the hospital and went straight to the green zone in a/e promptly got sent out of there to the red zone which is what i have been avoiding the hospital for, as i had not got a temperature and knew i was having a bad exacerbation .In this area no one was wearing ppe only masks i had two more nebulisers .To cut a long story short when i heard a doctor telling the patient in the opposite bed he is to go home and contact 119 track and trace and isolate as he was showing symptoms of covid i was not tested or him i promptly discharged myself.
