I have started a course of the above today 2 capsules a day I have been reading reviews on this and my grandaughter treated me to a course for my birthday, I will update how I get on with it on the post, hoping it will help with my breathlessness as I have been very bad lately and had trouble walking to far has anyone else tried taking this.

I will Patsy I have been so breathless since that heatwave and the shielding so I just need something to help me get back to exercising to open my lungs I will leave a note next week to let you now if I have improved even if slightly x

Hope it helps you jilly, do update us all how you find things, could be 2-3 weeks before you notice things but keep with it so long as you are not getting any reactions.

I too have been struggling with severe breathlessness for over 8 weeks now. I was treated for a flare up but the breathlessness has remained.

I hope you find some benefit from your trial and, like others, will be very interested to know how you get on. Good luck xx

I read good reviews on Lungwort too, I bought some but haven't found it helps at all. Will try anything to help me have more breath, but haven't so far.

I started taking them three weeks ago in desperation as my breathlessness is quite bad. Sorry to say I have found no difference at all.

And the comments on fb seem just to good to be true.

One month, perhaps I should have taken it longer, but I think it was enough time to see if it would make a difference.
