Cancel culture.

Some might argue that "cancel culture" is used as a phrase to disguise one from accountability. not acknowledging their mistakes and not making amends. If , for example, you suffer from lung disability and discrimination from others because of your physical weakness, are you dehumanised and powerless Does "cancel culture" effectively let bigots off the hook?

Cancel Culture. Just another expression for being uncaring, having impolite behavior and bordering on being anti social behaviour. Very similar to those having a Jobsworth hat. Of course that is until it about them, then it is totally different.

Cancel culture is insidious , its full of hatred and intolerance , cancel culture is used like a club to try and silence opposing points of views, by all means draw attention to extreme views on both sides of the spectrum, bigotry hatred and violence needs to be confronted and debated, if you force opposing view points underground you soon realise that it is you who have become the facist , I will not have anything to do with this hatred ( which cancel culture is) ,it attacks people with legitimate views that is different from theirs ,( we all know which side cancel culture originates from ) to many people are brainwashed in factories that churn these ideologically subjugated children out year in year out , im talking about universities of course , Mark my words this new culture ,sorry hatred will come back to bite these people in the ass in so many ways they haven't thought of yet ,

Easy way to spot ideologically brainwashed people is they spout slogans instead of arguments , cancel culture should really be called bully and destroy culture .

I am interested soulboy that you include universities as instruments of CC. Surely universities are establishments which inspire opposition to CC based on highly educated and knowledgeable graduates who can (or ought to) see through the smoke and mirrors deception by demagogues? Universities are products not of "ideologically brainwashed people" but of enlightenment.

I take your point Angelagone and point out politely that it is the university institutions that are instrumental in cultivating opposition to cancel culture. If individuals will not collude in their own oppression then we ought to acknowledge and support them.
