I wore a face mask 'for real' on Tuesday. I had been playing about with them indoors first. I have very severe bronchiectasis, asthma, and emphysema . I managed over half an hour. It wasn't pleasant but I managed. I have downloaded the exemption card just in case but teally don't want to use it if I can help it .

Thanks Carol. I can't wear a mask but found some great face shields on amazon. Face shied multi function protection. You get 2 glasses frames that the shied clips on to 2.98. Once you have peeled both sides of the protective film off the shield its crystal clear. Shame i can't attach a photo

Thank you Carol.

I don't have a printer. Solution : I used my mobile phone and photographed the exemption graphic. Now is questioned I can show the photograph on my mobile phone.

However I'm still avoiding mixing with people so shouldn't need it yet.
