elle.co.uk/ I’ve got the Elle ones they are not too thick and wash easy.

I've got the Elle masks which has two layers. There is a lot of discussion about masks at the moment and now their saying there should be three layers. I think they are going to be around for a long time yet and manufacturers are experimenting with different materials.

So for the moment I'm not buying any more and waiting to see the results of these which may prove to be a safer bet.

😁

Elle.co.uk. they are now far superior to the ones I purchased a few months ago now. The fabric contains anti-viral. Have a look, at least we know that they arent rip off merchants. 5 in a pack and washable up to 25 times each. P

I've just received my Elle masks but ... it's not much easier (for me) to breathe in them than any of the other masks I have. I'm getting a bit desperate about masks now! I think I might try a chiffon face bandana - after that, I shall give up.

I'm exactly the same frose. Just bought a face shield - better than nothing x

I think that may well be what I end up with too but im concerned about all that airspace under the shield for the virus to sail in on.

That's definitely the drawback - that's why I said it would be better than nothing (just!)

you were unlucky. Mine from etsy is beautiful and very well made. Unfortunately, anything over my face makes breathing nigh on impossible.

In my opinion, conventional face medical masks do not protect well against the virus and are not very comfortable to wear. In my opinion, the masks of the N95 model are much better and more pleasant to wear. True, such a mask is difficult to find in ordinary stores and more often they are sold only on the Internet in online services. I can recommend you an article pandemicpal.net/face-masks-... which has a fairly large selection of different masks for People With Chronic Illness and Disability. Perhaps there you can find a mask that you like and you can safely wear it. I personally always buy masks online because it is faster and more convenient in my opinion.
