Pain in right chest

I have broncestisis but since wed have had a pain in right chest. Cant see a dr but spoke to one on phone who gave me anti biotics. Pain still there. Has anybody else had this

Hello...I haven’t had this, sorry, but I think you should probably call the doctor back if the pain is still there. Good luck and I hope it eases for you.

Speak to NHS 111 if you cannot get hold of gp

There can be a number of reasons for right sided chest pain. It could be gastric, musculoskeletal, hepatic or just a simple infection. Best advice would be ring your GP again when your antibiotics have finished. However if you feel the pain is getting worse or other symptoms start ring 111.
