Sa fety clothing in hospitals

See boris in sat telegraph in protective clothing. White coat should have all buttons closed as basic safety clothing! . The high neck and elastic cuffs were introduced many years ago to replace the standard coats of the time with v neck as standard safety clothing and we were instructed to fasten to the ne ck at all times . This before any epidemic , just routine.

Do try to set an example Boris !

Moan time again ho hum. I wonder could you ever imagine life without a moan. I would think it could be quite transformational.

I think politics should be banned from this forum. So not required here.

I think showing an example within a hospital setting during a pandemic is very much required when you are ‘leading’ the country and instructing everyone else how to behave. I agree with you Jaybird. I have seen him washing his hands (kind of) and then grabbing the lever to shut the tap. Even without a pandemic I would use my arm. Yesterday he had to be told to use the hand sanitiser within a hospital.

This is not an invitation for someone to be rude - I already have enough real problems so it would be like water off a ducks back.

Stay safe all

Love cx

i agree cofdrop + jaybird, our leaders could and probably should set an example for others to follow. i remember seeing bojo demonstrating how to use paper towel to turn off tap, and he managed to touch (and therefore contaminate) every single surface of the roll of paper. also he was no good at distancing when supposed to be showing us.

medical decisions should be taken by MEDICS. bojo decide on balance of varied input, and EXPLAIN why and how.

nb: this is partly why this site is so good, full of proper medical info.

I wouldn’t dream of being rude to you. I agree with you.

Considering that political decisions could cost me my life, I think that if it’s relevant to the situation it’s reasonable for it to be mentioned occasionally.

Like you I have too much going on with my health to be bothered by any one being rude to me. Loo after yourself

Please refrain from posting, and replying to, comments which are primarily political and not specifically about lung, or related medical, conditions - this is contrary to the Community Guidelines and, in the current climate, tends to lead to arguments which undermine the supportive spirit of the forum.
