Hi mum making noises again as she thinks my toenails are looking strange they do look a bit strange have different shades purplish section just wondered if anything to do with lung problems.

I would say so - do you check your blood oxygen saturations with an oximeter?

Or are you wearing fancy nail polish?

Would check with NHS AtoZ that give details re nail problems. My finger nails were full of ridges but have gone almost back to normal re taking some vitamin D3 tablets prescribed by a GP to help combat exhaustion. Worth a look.
