Not exercising too much at the moment, I get too breathless and then fatigue sets in, I have got to take things slowly. Not sure if I went outside whether I could make back up those three flights again at the moment. I de-saturate very quickly, I am hoping that I will get back to some sort of normality in a few weeks time.
