If it’s not painful I wonder if it could be gas or reflux, have you been sitting a lot ? Have you tried an indigestion remedy?

It mainly starts wen I relax

Hmmm...... I'm trying to understand what a "wavey" feeling is . No pain? Do you mean like a flutter? Could it be palpatations? Any coughing? Is it affecting your breathing? Being cooped up at home can cause stress 😑 too. I hope it's nothing serious but please try to relax. Best wishes to you.

It is stressful, our whole lives have been disrupted. 😑 And you are missing your family. Try and get some rest. A good night's sleep always helps. xx 👋

My gut feeling, from what you’ve said, is that if you’re not in pain & feel otherwise reasonably ok, it’s nothing to worry about. Do you feel anxious? I think we all are. I’m very wheezy atm & I’m sure stress is playing a part in that. If you live alone, it must be ten times harder

Have you got any music you can listen to & maybe sing along? That tends to help me when i get stressed and/or poorly (especially in hospital) . Please don't laugh to hard cos what I listen to that helps in Eric Clapton, Robert Plant or Led Zeppelin but any music helps me. Please take care of yourself & keep us informed wishing you well . Go for it & listen to what you like & even more important when you like- especially if you are on your own, should start to help you relax & relax some of your stress . I found listening or watching music DVD's really helped when I was having a bad time after my brother passed away in Australia (he was only 18 months older than me )

Hi Lenney, shall I just say am nearer 70 than 60. I've been floored so many times (9 respiratory arrests & 1 cardiac arrest), lost all my close family (dad , mum & brother), got 1 cousin in Scotland & my brothers lot in Australia so am truly alone at this time as my friends are like me & in lockdown. I have developed a wicked sense of humour which keeps me going & also being bloody minded helps , you just pick yourself up, dust yourself off & fight even harder the next time. Try & get a wicked sense of humour so you can see the funny side of everything & all of a sudden things start changing for the better. Take care & be safe & don't let the bast**** get you down. Be positive. Sorry rant over. Be happy, Chris
