Uncomfortable feeling in right side of chest

Hi everyone, in addition to the above i have tenderness and discomfort in my shoulder, up the right side of my neck to my ear, sinus and right eye. I also want to cough all the time, feels like i have a small hair stuck in my throat a couple of inches below my adams apple.

I've had this on and off for quite a few years now, sometimes it settles down on its own, other times the doc will give me anti biotics that calm it down but i still sense it's there waiting to come back.

Anybody have experience with this kind of thing?

Should i insist on tests?

Any advice is most appreciated.

Anything which bothered me, and that kept coming back, would have me asking for further tests to determine the cause.

I think you need to be referred to the ENT department at the hospital as this has been going on for so many years now. Ask your GP for a referral.

I agree with Peeg, make a fuss its your life and should be made comfortable.
