There are problems with WiFi I cannot get it on my phone because it won’t download the update. Have spent hours talking to Vodafone and Sky trying every possible method. Nothing works.

I hope you have got your phone sorted . I have lost use of mine too through not using it enough,! Cant get it sorted either as it is old account. Both bank and pharmacy not answering phone Life is a mess , ì isnt it. I have spent ages phoning various numbers to no avail. At least i have a land line.

I have decided to wait a bit before trying again. I am also paying the Vodafone site a visit. I used my phone a great deal.

2greys as decided to take a step back at the moment for various reasons. I contacted him a few days ago and happily he told me he is fine. Obviously I will not comment further due my belief that private messages are just that. The important issue is that he is OK.
