Hi sorry been poorly for a while, just to let everyone know still here. we are all facing hard times, I was annoyed the Gov are sending out letters to say who should get help.Everyone learns to cope with their condition,I believe we are all vulnerable and should not be put on a list. I am scared and self isolating is fine if you have a network around you, What happens if you are on your own.
Please stay safe and be kind to one another.

That's why they're doing a list to offer help and assistance to the most seriously ill and most likely to end up in hospital with Coronavirus. The idea is to stop the NHS being overwhelmed. By that l mean the hospital beds and hospital staff.
There are a lot of community schemes around to help people who cant go out, especially people on their own. Maybe phone your local Age UK who should have details. Please dont put yourself at risk. They may also know of befrienders who could telephone you for a chat so you dont feel so cut off.
If you are in the category of people who get a letter, it is my understanding that there will be contact details so that you can register for help. If you do that you will get a food hamper left on your doorstep. As the scheme develops this will be more detailed to your needs. Initially it will be free, but you might have to pay later.
