Perhaps blocked sinus?
Hello Charles
There could be several reasons as others mentioned or perhaps disrupted breathing in your sleep , sleep apnoea or rising co2 level. It may be wise to mention it to your doctor. Hope you find a solution. Take care and best wishes.
I have a headache every day when I wake up and its my sinus's. I used to take a tablet until I realised it isnt doing anything as your body gets used to tablets and then they dont work. I goes off on its own. I sometimes use a nasal spray or inhale menthol crystals which both help. Get your gp to check your blood pressure just to rule that out x
I concur, with RedSox, on what is and could very well be your headache problem in the mornings.
I found out...who would have guessed? You don't have to be a man, you can be a small woman!! Sleep Apnea is very common with any given lung disease....even asthma.
Since I got my CPAP , I wake up bright eyed, and I don't even remember my last morning headache,
You have to get use to the machine, but its pure magic. And, my get up,and go is back.....
Hope this helps you out...I don't recommend home sleep studies...they are never accurate...just for your information.
Take care...stay well...and safe!!!
