Well done Toby14 🏆

After 8 months, sounds like a victory well won & a huge weight of your mind.

Take care!

The stress has been terrible. Went to bed last night with peace of mind at last. The moral is never give up.

It’s a pity it’s not realised how detrimental this kind of unnecessary & pointless stress is! Common sense should prevail & allow folk peace of mind.

Glad you slept well, it’s so important! 😀🛏💤

That’s really great news Toby but the enhanced mobility should never have been taken away. Those who are ill shouldn’t have to fight like this.

Wishing you well. Xxxxx

Well done you for hanging in there, absolutely appalling that they put you through that. I do so hope that you'll receive back payments. P

Yes.... The judge said I will be awarded back payments. So relieved this morning

👍👏👏👏👏👏 A nice lump sum will be on it's way to cheer you up. If there was any justice it should be made even bigger as compensation for the pain and suffering they caused you.

I must admit when i got home i broke down and cried .Im 68 . No pensioner should ever have to go through this. I feel sorry for all the people who give up. It’s a scandal

in reply toToby14

Well it's over now so don't distress yourself further by keep thinking about it. Spoil your self with your well earned lump sum and let me know if you want help with spending it.😉

YEAH Toby - so thrilled for you - justice at last. Good to hear some uplifting news, although I am so sorry you were put through the wringer - quite unacceptable. The money the DWP waste by turning down genuine claims in the hope people will give up, which then go on to be successful at tribunal is a scandal.

Relax now dear friend.

Love cx

Thanks . I was a nervous wreck on the day ,but found the strength to speak up. Your right they wanted me to give up.Heartbreaking for the people who do give and can’t take the stress.

Yes it’s a shame. And 8 months is a very long time when one is going through such an ordeal.

I'm glad you won and the Judge had some common sense but I'm also very sorry that you had to go through all that stress to fight your case. I hope that you will now be able to relax and get back to some sort of normality (or at least as normal as is possible with chronic illness!). Best wishes xx

Congratulations on your well deserved victory. Such a shame you had to endure it.

Have lots of treats with the lump sum. You deserve it but don’t go sharing it with that Don. From what I hear he’s loaded! ( only joking of course!)

Best wishes

Great news. Just angry that this system put you and people like you through such stress so needlessly.

Thankyou. The stress was terrible. I'm a OAP. No pensioner or anyone should have to go through this.
