For me, my dehumidifier for a couple of hundred pounds was a start point following pneumonia and repeated lung infections. I was surprised to see how much humidity was in the house.
Plus plenty of good sea air. Normally we d go to Spain during January to April and then again in September to October. Cheap flights, cheap and clean accommodation but plenty of good clean air which gets rid of any mucus or phlegm within a day or two.
So yes, all in all ...a clean, dry dust free home plus plenty of sun and fresh air. No damp, cold or dankness.
Also we now use Surcare for laundry ..its not sore on the skin, gets things clean and best of all leaves no residue which can be aggravating if in the air.
Good luck!
