(3) Why Do NOT Quality Care Commission Inspect LIKE’s of Capita and Atos given they carry out public medical assessments unemployment and occupational TOLD mp how can NHS compete when they are inspected .. SO I want captor atos gov reporting to compition watch dog for braking compition rules as unfair practice advantage.

.....................................................

Getting back to Turner Newhall Trust Fund 3 month Criteria Is unfair as it takes advantage of poor working conditions AND how can they mix admin for example staff with those at fromt line of asbestos cement mixing cutting business.

Also asked MP about rule and those with Alzheimer’s Dementia and how many of them like my dad have had asbestos claim failed over 3 month crieria THAT medical profession know have lung cancer but as to ill to jump through hoops is dismissed left unrecognised treated.

But I guess when recognised THEY will say ITs out of time

Hi JAS, good to see you and hope you’re keeping as well as possible. You are right not to accept the injustice dished out by Government, large companies and others. It’s not right and never will be but please take care of yourself too.

Thinking of you and your family especially your dad. Stay safe and well. Xxxx

Hi sassy never nearly went as started having stress heart speed wobble’s

I tried finishing post re scam of IIDB Asbestos Perscribed List

Iidb carry on like its 1900’s and horse carts are on roads TOTALLY forget medicine evolves as to what they know ... convenient if ask me SO I told mp I want answers

Into Perscribed List and I want to see Asbestos England’s IIDB same as Scotland’s when it comes to asbestos and lung disease.

Mp said Iidb already covers lung disease caused by asbestos ANYWAY that was it.

So I told him O guess your talking about scam of plaura plaques WHERE you have to have worked life time plus been exposed life time to develope them in order to get Iidb.

Totally in contradiction to what they know and Scotland rules that I might ad Is part of U.K.

Not like you would think given injustice of England’s IIDB Asbestos Prescribed List

In Scotland it’s accepted asbestos causes lung disease copd pneumonicosis YET england it’s not

That’s discriminatory and wrong AND advocates should be ashamed.

Great to see you once again and of course i would be shocked if you weren't fighting for the causes that are affecting you and your nearest and dearest. You are their voice. You have the freedom of speech or the written word to put accross all your feelings and good for you to still persevere even when certain sectors seem to be struck down loosing the ability to make any sensible replies. Do tell us how you get on.

Give Dad a hug from me and wishing you all avoid the stormy weather!

Hi SquirrelHolt cheers n Thanks WAS quite interesting even tho mp never knew where these people was located.

Anyway then we got talking about capita medical assessments ONLY have to look at Northern Ireland to see how great capita are.

Mps said it’s wrong tribunal would not hear my case SO going to follow up on how can say becouse drive you are fit enough not to need disabled car

Also capita metal health assessments and how they can say if you talk about mental health issues or sueicide thoughts THEY have to phone ambulance and doctors.

Clearly threat’s cohersion is not right especially when have family doctors manage condition.

So that’s posatives AS. To dad is doing better than me these days

Oh bless you JAS ..... you've single handedly(?) got Dad to where he's at today in respect of care at home and whilst in hospital. You have so much to be very proud of bringing certain people to task. All done whilst you seemed to suffer in silence until you became your priority!(Although the JAS way wont allow you to sit on your laurels, hence your post today). 🌟⭐🌟⭐

Well done JAS , your tenacity on your fathers and your own behalf is commendable , to get to see an MP and hopefully they will take some action (albeit within the current awful framework) Should not have to be this way , It is not right, not just . I admire what you are doing , even as you say it is stressful and not so good with your medical conditions. Think Govt wants us just to roll over , but good that you still have yr eye on the ball. Stay safe in this very windy & wet weather. Hope that you and your father are as well as can be. Diane
