I think you need to try it and see, what works for you may not work for others just make sure you are using the right dose as prescribed. Have you tried a mindfulness course the blf helpline may be able to advise you it certainly helped with my anxiety along with the pills.
I take half a tablet 0.5mg Lorazapam before I go out. It does help with my Anxiety attacks. Must admit I was apprehensive as such a tiny tablet. It definitely works for me and such a tiny dosage it wont cause problems. x Sheila.
You're welcome. Just taken mine as off for some retail therapy after a weekend housebound due to atrocious weather here in Wales. Calmer today thank goodness. Have a good day. Sheila x
Hi I was given lorazapam took one yesterday but at 3am I was in agony with my legs n feet cramping pains then couldn’t walk properly had pain all day but took another one 1Mg today to c if it is the pills anyone had this I got serve copd bit thought they might be good for my panic attacks before I go out n my breathing
Didn't think such a small tablet would work but it does. I took a whole tablet once 1mg not good much better on 0.5mg. No problems and definitely helps control my anxiety and panic attacks. It takes about 30 mins to work so I take it before I leave the house. Works for me. No side effects whatsoever. Cramp can be caused if you are dehydrated, drink plenty of water also helps with oxygen levels
Yes I only take half and only if I need to. My gp put me on pregablin for my anxiety and pharmacist said if needed I could take a half lorazepam if needed bit confused might to see if I can book in with my gp and have a chat. Have a lovely day xx
