I had a notification from an American website advising me that this is COPD week.

So I emailed H.U. as I had not seen anything to that effect here in the Uk so was not clear if it was just in the USA.

Good to hear that it is in the UK.

Let’s get the word out about this condition to enable folk to better understand those of us with this “ invisible” condition.

I also read a small item in another site for COPD but based in the USA,so not having heard anything from our side of the pond,I'm afraid it looks like I didn't think whether we in the UK didn't highlight the day etc. Silly me ..... Bone idle .....l mean I'm sitting down majority of the day - no excuses for me,just "slack,very slack "as my mother would say! 💞

It’s been advertised in the UK big posters etc

I’m actually going to the coffee morning and open day at Louth Hospital in Lincolnshire 10am until 2 pm all are welcome
