Weather and pain
I was just hearing this on the radio. Although this was a study specifically about arthritis, it's finally scientific evidence that the weather and pressure can affect health. My breathing is much worse where I live, where it's wet and very windy all year round. When I'm away, things are much improved. Obviously there'll be other factors involved but I know the weather affects me. Also aches and clicking joints seem worse when it's wetter ☀️ An interesting study anyway 👍
BBC NEWS ...What a waste of Money on this Research, We All Know about Weather and the extremes it can cause for all different Conditions, This one mainly for Arthritis, Yes, I feel it also for My Arthritic Bones. But mainly The Humidity for Taking my Breathing away, I have a Humidity Monitor That also Warns me of the "High" Humidity each Day, But I already Know it's High cos I can't Breath. I Believe in " Old Wives Stories" Have a Good Breathing day to all. xxxx
Just watched this on BBC News. I have a touch of osteo arthritis and it is worse in the damper cooler weather.
Windy cold weather isn’t good for Pete’s breathing.
Take care IAM. Xxxx
Same here wetdamp foggy weather not good for us with breathing problems.
Any hint of low air pressure and my breathing becomes more impaired. I wonder if we can find a scientific reason for it
I think met office have an article on it, I'm the same, any humidity as well hot or damp cold.
