87 today;
Yesterday I had my annual review at the surgery.
After 9 years of kicking and screaming they have agreed I don't have COPD! With the following message in my records:-
"Coded entry Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease resolved (Xabwy)" and
"Coded entry Asthma - currently dormant (XaDvL)"!
I almost feel like a new man!

No CT scan but fortunately the local respiratory team intervened and took over my treatment for life long Atopic Asthma, mainly Symbicort.
The local surgery just refused to change the wrong diagnosis until yesterday!

I also need to find some more information about NAID (Non Anaemic Iron Deficiency) which I now have.
Taking as many Iron Pills as my old body will allow, but can't have a repeat ferritin test until 30th December.

I did not however, continue to read or reply any post and all emails were diverted to my spam folder automatically. Until recently and as explain, in yesterday's post. I am certain you will go beyond life's average age for men as researchers identified.
