Like really HOW do hou know if done damage to toes if stomp your toe and suffering from Hypermobility Syndrome or as its also known Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
Guess thats why am asking others can you bend toe back like that when tense LIKE how are you apost to walk when just flips back.
Currently am walking on ball of my feet and big toe as others are useless.
At least i know what dx of Hypermobility means now but is no good if think have broken bone in toe
My toes are exactly the same as yours, bend the same way, it has made me have to push my toes down to balance which has caused hammer toe and twisting of my toes. Drs won’t do surgery as they say it’s to do with they Hypermobility and will reoccur. I’m in the middle of diagnosis of EDS, as my GP thinks that is what is wrong with me. Im 32 and have 3 kids, all 3 of my kids have symptoms of it. We are very hyper flexible, every joint is effected, very soft stretchy skin that heals poorly and bruises very easily.
I have EDS and also toes like this. They are pretty kooky indeed. All I can recommend is good supportive footwear and/or orthotics to keep your feet as stable as possible.Bare feet and unsupported coverings will only make your feet worse and more painful long term.
