Good Morning all a quick question, when breathing is bad due to high humidity (which is what we are experiencing here in Spain due to all the storms), do you give in and rest or try to keep going even though it makes you breathless. Carole

Hi Carole, pace yourself and don’t overdo things, I hope you’re ok and not affected by flooding. Xxx

Hello Carole it isn’t me, it’s Hubbie John that’s short of breath. Just wondering do I ask him to help with housework today!!! or let him sit and watch me. We are OK with the floods thank you, we live on a hill so normally fine. It hadn’t rained since early May so we really needed it but not this much. Back to normal now thank goodness the sun is out. Hope you and Pete are doing OK. Love Carole xx

Sorry Carole, not with it today...lol.

I’d let John take things easy and hope he feels better soon. Glad the suns out for you now but we’ve seen on the news how bad things are in some areas of Spain.

We’re ok thanks, not doing too badly.

Take care both.

Love Carole xxxxx
