Hot weather

I expect we have all suffered a bit over this hot spell. Last year I bought a jml artic air, it was brilliant except the running time was to short. So this year I bought another through amazon. This one had an eight hour run time and you could remove the filter soak it put it in to the freezer and freeze it then later put it back in the chiller put it on low when I went to bed .cooled the air around me just great. It will not cool a room but fo a localised chilled air it works brilliant.

Good to know you’ve found something to help you sleep in the heat Mick - I think tonight we could all benefit from one of those coolers.

I’ve just taken my dog out for his bedtime wee & I reckon this has to be the most humid night this summer.

Glad you found something that helps. I've had a tower fan running virtually non stop, mainly blowing warm ish air around but better than nothing. Will check out the one you have for future reference. Hope you sleep well tonight.
