Had a consultant appt Thursday very mixed feelings about it. Firstly she said my HP was under control- no fibrosis showing on CT scan and granulomas are small and non worrisome. But then listened to my lungs and heard the crackles. And I feel no real improvement has occurred to my lung's day-to-day performance. Then she said I definitely have asthma- so yet another med added to the list. Back in 6months. Not a happy bunny. After nearly 3yrs since the HP (hypersensitivity pneumonitis) diagnosis I feel v little has been achieved- except I am still alive! Ho hum. Will probably feel more positive next week. My Anglo Nubian goat kids are arriving- can't help but smile at them.

I’m sorry to know things didn’t go so well. I hope the little goat kids will cheer you up when they arrive 🐐
Goat-Lady,it's always frustrating when nothing seems to be happening with our conditions but ct scans that don't show fibrosis and indicate other stuff is non worrisome are still good news of a sort and still being alive is just about the best we can expect as long as we can still do stuff without too much difficulty. We have never seen your goats but will you try to pop on a picture one day, especially with the new kids arriving.
Best wishes Ski's and Scruff's
Sorry to hear that your day was not as great as you wished, but there are still things to look forward to, like your special 🐐 🐐
I feel not great myself, but I just heard a very great song, that I can't sit still, to pull me out of my stage to feel better!! And believe me I really love this song!! LOL 🌹❤️🌹 will try to upload it!! Wishing you well that you feeling better soon again!!
Giving us the song title , and artist, would be enough, so we can youtube it, Hope you have a good weekend
I'm sure your kids will lift your spirits. I've been on a bit of a downer recently - coughing lots and bringing up the sticky stuff- so I can empathise . Take care. Anita x
Try to stay positive goat-lady, at least your HP is under control and it could have been the asthma that gave you crackles in your lungs, that could all get better once on the right meds. Your goats sound lovely, and are biund to cheer you up please as Skis has requested let us have a picture so we can see what they look like x
Thank you all v much. I will have another go at uploading some pictures- goat kids are v sweet and so much fun. Looks like it may be persistent severe asthma- explains a lot! Am hoping the additional meds will help, along with the blood test results. Will keep plodding on. Thanks again.
