Tis Polli it is******* agony. Let a spyware into laptop was just finishing a scan and phone went, Forgot and leant back to answer, the scream woke husband aND daughter up. HE ANSWERED PHONE !!!!!!!!!! K
I suffered with a broken sternum after a argument with an air bag, and I know how much it hurts, you can still see the teeth marks in the ceiling, it took six weeks to clear, there is not a lot you can do but grin and bear it. I did find I knew a lot of swear words. Good luck I hope the painkillers work
Moneal went without meds for 6 hours in hospital because they lost meds chart!!!! K
Wow that must of been some impact! I was told that the sternum has to be moved 2" before it will break.
I popped 3 ribs out my sternum many years ago just by sneezing I dropped to the floor clutching my chest and my wife thought I had a heart attack. The pain was do intense and was not nice when they put them back in.
Try heat and cold in short bursts.
Be Well
