Feeling so much better .out shopping for outfit to wear on my 75th Birthday which is a Monday 5th August. Not complaining about getting older but grateful I have had the pleasure to still be here even with my Severe COPD. Test results next × Wednesday 're the problems Fostair caused. Still got cough but hoping this will be sorted with CORRECT medication.Have a lovely week end everyone .and thanks so much for your Support xx Sheila xx😍

I reckon it's the Turmeric, Chlorella and Spirulina.Chlorella great for hair and Spirulina for skin.xcSheilaxx

I take Turmeric in pineapple juice and 4 tablets each of Chlorella and Spirulina. No problems thank goodness x

Good that you can take it, its so good for you. I use organic turmeric and add it to rice, curries anything that I can. I sometimes buy fresh but its hard to get locally. I make a milk drink sometimes as well x

Yes I work hard at putting the face on lol.wont leave the house until the make up and hair is done. Takes longer these days but I get there in the end xx Sheila

Well, it certainly works for you, keep up the good work. There was a time when I wouldn't have gone to the dustbin without make up on. The last time I used some I thought 'well that hasn't improved anything' (!) so I don't bother now.

Thank you. I feel blessed to have reached 75 as being diagnosed with Severe COPD 9yrs ago I didn't think I would have been so fortunate. Thank goodness I have up smoking as I'm positive this helped. Hoping for many more happy years. 😍 Sheila xx

Thanks Maz. Feeling do much better but still waiting on results. Won't get until Wednesday. I am taking half a tablet of Lorazepam which is half 1mg

O.5 mg. Tiny tablet but seems to stop the panic attacks.. or it could be phsychological.take care lots of love. Sheila xx
