been told by so many that i am really controlled..which is good right?

but im still having tightness ☹️ does it always mean asthma? just want to get to the bottom of it ☹️ xxxx

You have got to the bottom of it Shannon many times but you don't seem to believe it. It appears you have asthma but as you have been told it is well controlled! I am not sure what your problem is? Anxiety can also cause tightness of your chest and many other physical symptoms. No matter how many times you ask the same questions the answers will always be the same.

You need to get out and live your life without all this obsessive worrying.
