I was advised to swill my mouth out with plain water after using inhalers. Sometimes chewing sugar free gum after also helps.

My mum suffers from very dry mouth. Someone here (thanks Barbs47 !) recommended Xylimelts and they are the best thing ever. The leaflet says to use two but maybe start with one at a time and see how it goes, my mum said with two it was like having a waterfall in her mouth!

Hi as HH says i recommended XyliMelts a while ago. They are a god send I couldn’t live without them as they let me have a good nights sleep and like his mum I only use one at a time. The cheapest place I have found to buy them is mouthulcers.co.uk good luck Barbs.

Very interesting HungryHufflepuff. I will ask at the chemist next time I'm in town. I've never heard of them. Xx

I have that problem to Bugat, I buy SALIVIX from the chemist. They are pastilles. If you ask at the pharmacy counter they will be able to help you. They are very good, and one pastille lasts quite a while. I found them to be a a great help. Let me know how you get on. Xx

Biotene mouthwash and lozenges are recommended by dentists, there are very many medications that cause dry mouth.
