My Shopping List.

I need to do some shopping

Some things are getting low.

I thought I'd make this little list

To take with me when I go.

I'm low on 'Motivation',

I really must get more.

I had to use the last of that

To get me through the door.

Some 'Determination',

To keep me on the go.

Running out of that could cause

A barrel full of woe.

I think I'll get some 'Attitude',

That always serves me well.

If things don't go just how I want

It helps me to raise hell.

Last of all is 'Humour'.

How expensive will that be?

I know from my experience,

That on HealthUnlocked it's free.

Some shops have loyalty schemes

That give you points to spend

But in life to me it seems

The most valuable thing is a friend.
