I have an aerisure and I do think it helps. I have read that you have to use it twice a day for 5 to 6 weeks before you see any difference. I have had mine for months but have only just started to use it regularly. Keep at it I’m sure it will help you

I've had my aerosure for a few years now, I use it morning and night, more if needed. It works for me.

I have bronchiectasis and have been using an aerosure for years when having difficulty getting rid of the gunk. I’m not sure how good it is for copd though

I have emphysema and only use my aerosure when I have an infection with a lot of mucus. It helps a lot then.
