Amazing response

Hi All.... just wanted to say thanks to everyone on here for the amazing response to my first post, to all of you who liked and commented on it or even just read it, Thank You. I have lived with COPD for 13 years and have read just about everything I could find on the subject, including the dry old medical stuff and slightly obscure research papers, I have taken part in numerous research studies and trialled innovative new inhalers etc, but today after seeing the replies and best wishes and encouragement from fellow sufferers I have realised that I am not alone. This site and the wonderful people on it are the source of more information, reassurance and knowledge of our disease than a thousand Google pages. So thanks again all of you for welcoming me. It's good to interact with people who have the same condition -- or comparable to some degree.

I find this site -- warm and friendly -- often times that is what I need to make my day.

I think all prescriptions should include At least One Daily Dose of H.U.

So glad you joined Wozzatim. I have learned more from this site than any doctor/hospital and I have a good laugh too. As Hacienda says you have friends just in the next room x
